I build lead-response systems for roofing contractors in the US.

When a lead comes in from your website, Google Local Services or a missed call, it gets a reply in your name within about a minute. The lead lands in the CRM you already use, you get a short summary on your phone, and every estimate that isn't signed yet gets followed up.

How it works

Claude writes each reply from your own website, reviews and past messages, so it sounds like you and asks what you need to book the inspection. You approve the voice before anything goes live.

It runs in your own accounts: your Make account, your Anthropic key and your texting number. You own every part of it, and nothing runs on my side.

Setup is one 45-minute screen-share, and I build the rest. Email replies are usually live within about two weeks. Texts start once your number's registration is approved.
